PUFFER BULB

Puffer Bulb is a compact, hand-operated air blower designed for dry Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and general NDT applications. It provides a controlled and gentle stream of air for removing excess magnetic particles, dust, and loose debris from the inspection surface.

During dry powder MPI, excessive magnetic powder can make defect indications difficult to observe. The Puffer Bulb helps remove loose particles while allowing magnetic powder accumulated around surface discontinuities to remain visible. This supports clearer and more reliable visual inspection.

The bulb is made for easy manual operation. Simply squeeze the flexible bulb to produce airflow through the nozzle and direct the air toward the required inspection area. It requires no electricity, battery, or compressed-air connection, making it convenient for field inspections, workshops, laboratories, and maintenance applications.
